Zerellia Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the item must meet the following requirements:

The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Returns are not accepted on the following items:

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Specially ordered goods, such as custom-made jewelry, customized products, or engraved items.
Sale items or gift cards.

Here's how to make a return:

Send a message to info@zerellia.se to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be sent by registered mail to ensure that the item can be tracked.

Damage or defects to the product
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items carefully. If any item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address or shipping information was provided when ordering.

Changes
To exchange an item, we recommend that you return the item in question and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return has been approved. This way, you will quickly receive the item you want.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to register the refund. A fee of SEK 79 will be charged for returns to cover shipping and handling costs.
